There are FOUR parts to the registraton process.

1. Register for the convocation.

2. Pay your registration fee either by credit card or by check.

3. Reserve your room at Moody Gardens Hotel Spa & Convention Center.

4. Read related articles to prepare for the convocation.

 

Full convocation fee for those staying at Moody Garden's Hotel is $450.

If you are commuting daily to the convocation, there is an additional commuters charge of $200, making the fee $650.*

If you are attending only one day of the convocation, the fee is $200/day.

Payments are made either by c-vent or by direct mail. Instructions for payments will follow your registration.

*Space allocation for the convocation is set by the number of occupied sleeping rooms for the convocation. If you do not stay at Moody Garden's, there is additional costs incurred for use of the convocation space.
