Remember that the Conference begins on Monday, May 20, 2024. Check out is Thursday, May 23,  2024.

Remember to bring the following with you to the Hotel; at that time the taxes will be deducted from your statement:

1. Check Payable to Moody Gardens. Total for 3 nights ($202.00/night) with 9% Galveston City Tax (we are not exempt from Galveston City Tax, only State and Hotel Tax) is $660.54

2. Texas State Hotel Occupancy Tax Exempt Form. Click HERE. Bring form with you for check-in at the hotel.

3. Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification. Click HERE. Bring form with you for check-in at the hotel.
